Farlight's approach to lighting design is based on the precise evaluation of component interaction and performance in order to maximize system efficiency.
This approach requires three basic steps:
1. Chosing an appropriate light source
2. Evaluating the required luminuous intensity distribution as a function of horizontal and vertical angles
3. Designing secondary optics that will transform the specific light distribution of a light source into the required pattern with minimum losses
Technology
Farlight designs, fabricates, and utilizes advanced light transformers that are specifically matched to various high brightness LEDs.
